At CodingJump, we strive to provide the best experience to our users, including those who subscribe to CodingJump products. Please read our return/refund policy carefully to understand our guidelines and procedures.

SECTION 1 - CODINGJUMP REFUNDS

We have a strict no refund policy for CodingJump subscriptions. Once your subscription is upgraded in CodingJump, it becomes non-refundable. This policy ensures the continuity of your Premium benefits throughout the subscription period.

SECTION 2 - EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

In rare and exceptional circumstances, we may, at our discretion, consider a partial refund for CodingJump subscriptions. These circumstances are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may include technical issues that prevent access to Premium features or other unique situations. Any such request for a discretionary partial refund should be made in writing to our customer support team at [email protected]

If your refund in approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 10-12 working days.

SECTION 3 - CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTIONS

You may cancel your Subscription by either writing to us at [email protected] or through your account on the CodingJump platform. However, please note there shall be no refund of the Fee already paid for your Subscriptions, unless otherwise specified. Therefore, please read these Terms of Service carefully before subscribing to any of the Subscriptions.

When you cancel your Subscription, CodingJump may disable access to features available only to Premium Users who have purchased/renewed Subscription, while your account may continue to exist on the CodingJump platform.
